Is Mediachance still in business?

Postby mgrusin » Tue Jun 11, 2013 3:00 pm

Hello, I'm an old customer and substantial fan of DVD-Lab.

I have recently sent two support emails through the form on the mediachance support page http://www.mediachance.com/contact.htm, and haven't heard a reply from either. Nothing from codebot either.

The second message was to point out that I would very much like to upgrade my DVD-Lab V1 to DVD-Lab V2, but the "Upgrade to V2" link on http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/dvdlabpro.html doesn't work since "www.regsoft.net" seems to have completely disappeared.

I'm posting here wondering if the web form is broken because it's also sending mail to/through www.regsoft.net?

Money is in my hand and I have an upcoming deadline, so this is kind of frustrating. What's going on, guys?

Sorry about that the email becomes unreliable these days with so much spam, I am looking for some better option (maybe a server based ticket system - anybody has an idea of something easy to implement?) That would be fantastic to have.

I will fix the broken link.

DVD-lab PRO2 correct upgrade is here:
From DLP1:
https://usd.swreg.org/cgi-bin/s.cgi?s=1 ... =1&v=4&d=0
From everything else
https://usd.swreg.org/cgi-bin/s.cgi?s=1 ... =1&v=3&d=0
