rearrange VTS1 and VTS2

Postby Hartmut » Wed Jun 22, 2016 10:34 am

Hello all!
I'm using dvdlab pro 2.52.
In VTS1 I have a (long) multiangle Title, in VTS2 a short normal title.
Because of Problems with LayerBreaks I would like ro rearrange to first have the short Title in VTS1
and after this the long multiangle Title. Is there an easy way to
either
1. rename vts1 / vts2 or
2. move all menus movies from vts1 to vts2 and vice versa. or
3. any other idea.

The only solution I see for now would be to start from scratch,
exporting each menu from old and then import in the new project,
which is quite time consuming.

I hope for a better solution.

Does the Change Order option not work for you?

no the "change order of items" dows not work, because here
I can only reorder inside vts 1 or vts2.
What I would like to exchange VTS1 <--> vts2
or in other words vts2 before vts1. This way I believe the short
video will be before the big video on the DL-DVD.

there is no need to change the order because of layerbreak

I assume you are using Imgburn to burn the DLP Compilation. It is the only burning software that lets you set correct layer break

you can set a dummy chapter in a suitable location in DLP in the blue area marked as suitable for layerbreak (such as between scenes) and then choose this chapter for the layerbreak in Imgburn

yes, could be you are right. But I have a strange problem, so wanted to try to have the videos reordered.
My actual problem is:
The VTS1 is a multiangle, VTS2 a normal video.
There are some chapters for the correct Layer Break. I'd chosen the best in DVDlabPro
and imgburn recognized this as well.
After burning and playing in bluray player all is ok.
While playing in DVD-player and jumping to the chapter in the layerbreak
the player forgets about the multiangle and plays both streams as being one, so
every scene is doubled. Even more strange. PLaying the video
starting before the layerbreak the player passes the break and plays
correct the multiangle video.
I burned on a DVD+R DL DVDV with Imgburn.
So if you are someone has a hint, it would be great.

sorry, I never tried multiangle and never seen the point of giving users and alternative view of what I think is the best view :)

maybe someone here has experience in multiangle and can help?
