ES6 Unable to create project folders

Postby TomToad » Sun Feb 03, 2013 10:04 pm

Seems when I try to save a project I get the error "unable to create project folders." I have tried saving to the default location, to a folder I created in MyDocuments, to the root directory, even to another drive; but I still can't save the project. Using Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

probably a UAC problem
try running the shortcut to ES6 in Administrator mode in Compatibility Section ( right click es6 shortcut choose properties then compatibility tick run as administrator )

Didn't work. Also tried reinstalling Edit Studio. Version of ES is 6.0.5

Ok, figured out the problem. The directory listed in "Project Folder" must already exist. Edit Studio doesn't create it for you.
