Hello from Rhinebeck, New York

Hi, all -

I have been happily using the older 32-bit version of DAP for some while now.
I purchased the 64-bit upgrade for my new machine and, for some reason, was unable
to run the brushes at sizes of 9000 and 6000 or so, the way I am used to doing in
the 'old' DAP.
And, for some reason or other, I didn't register the new DAP during the trial period.
Probably because I just went back to doing what I want to do on the 'old' version.

Now my old PC is toast, and I don't have access to the registration key or the
purchase order number.

I have written to MediaChance and Digital River several times now, asking
for help.

I have received no word from either.

I sincerely hope that *somebody* associated with the company will read
this and help me out.

If I have to, I will buy DAP 64 PRO all over again.

But it would be nice if somebody could help me out.
