Calendar Plugin

Postby CodeHouse » Sun Feb 12, 2012 11:57 am

Hi All..anyone has a good calendar plugin...got one in my old hard drive but can't choose any other date except current system date. I'd wanted to be able to move the calendar to any editbox location and choose a date which will in turn display in the editbox...Thanks for any help!

Both samples have incorrect (too simple) calculation of the leap year.

Hi

Code: Select all
Both samples have incorrect
Examples are collected from the net, I have not tried it.. usually I collect these for my learning because I am just starting in MMB.

dgilmour, by the way I have a question about the menu smallplugin more successful would it be to open a new thread? or continue on the theme Updated - SmallPlugin 1.8.6a?

Yes, I know these are not your samples. I even know both authors ;) In any case the correct way is this:
Code: Select all
leap = FALSE
x1 = (year - (INT(year / 4) * 4) = 0)
x2 = (year - (INT(year / 100) * 100) <> 0)
x3 = (year - (INT(year / 400) * 400) = 0)
If (x1 & (x2 | x3)) Then
  leap = TRUE
End

As for SmallPlugin question, I think current pinned topic is good enough for it?

dgilmour your codes are always short and veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrry effective! The integrity of your codes has never gone below the standard you set! I'll definitely keep this code for me...Good One!
