PhotoReactor is so much easier to work with than traditional layer-based image-software.

But unfortunately so few people seem to know about it.

And because of that progress is not coming our way :( (the traditional softwares remain old-fashioned and Oscar doesn't have a team that can bug-fix PR (the few bugs that exist) or create a high-bit version)

I find it so sad that this gem of an image-software, which I just LOVE to use, is so overlooked that there is a real risk to lose it whenever windows updates their system (potentially making PR unable to run)

Oscar, I hope you're doing well, although the silence from you on these forums is scary.

If you are not doing ok, would you consider making PR open-source so we can take over development?
PR is too good to lose if you're either not doing ok or maybe just considering giving it up.

Oscar was on vacation I guess (loooong Canadian winter-victims need this I suppose :) Well, I guess we all need it :) )

Anyway, rather than deleting this thread myself (Oscar, or some admin, can obviously do that if they feel like it) I'm leaving it intact because it really is meant as a testament to how great and superior PhotoReactor is to most other image-software (at least I'm not aware of anything better)

Oscar, yo da man! (as the kids say these days :) )

(I use PR pretty much every day and have become very attached to it :) )
