Faces

I am a senior and a newbie. I love this program. Is there a way to somehow mask a face to leave it natural and then paint the rest of the scene?

When I want to do this, I copy the image layer in Photoshop, then go to DAP and under the Advanced tab choose "remove unwanted parts" and delete the region I don't want DAP to paint, , paint it in DAP, then paste that as a new layer in Photoshop on top of the original image. This usually requires some image size adjustments in PS, but works well. It would be nice if one of the masking tools in DAP did just what you are asking.

Cheers,
