Terrible Noise and Color Pixelation in v5.2

Postby DigitalKaptures » Sun Jul 01, 2012 9:16 pm

I seem to be experiencing very bad noise and color pixelations in the shadows in processing photos with version 5.2. In using version 4.2, I do not get this at all, in fact the HDRs are perfect. There seems to be something wrong with the processing engine that is causing red pixel noise in the shadows, this is at default tone mapping settings. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I assume those are raw files?
On the new hdr window there are settings for raw processing, there are couple different, I think 4 or five. Usually the first one (automatic) works best and it is new in v.5, there are others, the zero processing is the same as was default in 4.x
