Computer crashed --- need new reg codes

I have tried the CodeBot and the form to the support group in an attempt to get my registration code sent, but I *NEVER* get a reply from either.

I purchased RealDraw somewhere back in 2008 (? not sure of exact date) and was running RealDraw 4.0

I've downloaded RealDraw 4.0 again and installed it and it is soon to go out of the trial period.

Please advise as to how I can get the codes required to continue using the product.

Don't know if it makes any difference, but now that I have thought about it, I believe that the version that I had purchased was RealDraw PRO 4.0

Just located a scrape of paper that references RealDraw Pro v5.1 dated Aug 25 2009... so I guess that I was wrong thinking that it was v4.
Hope this little tidbit might help in getting the reg code.
