Re: Half-Bitrate DTS - odd numbers
Say what? 384 is max for DVD audio what, exactly? For starters, I assume you mean "audio on DVD-Video" ... Thanks for that clarification. Yes, audio on DVD video. I've been under the impression that 384kbps was the max for over 10 years. I use ac3 exclusively, but have never had a need to actually ...

Preventing Sequential VTS playback - how?
Sorry for the dumb question - I used to know how to do this but have forgotten. When playing a title in a VTS where I have multiple playlists, some players will end VTS 1 TT 1 and go straight to VTS 1 TT 2 - how do I stop this please? PGCEdit has options to manually set the "Next PGCN Link" and "Pre...

Re: What Start Sector is used in 2.5.2?
DVD Lab Pro fails to calculate menu size or first play clips when calculating suitable layer break region I never set a layer break in DLP but simply make sure I have an unlinked (dummy) chapter point near the start of the blue area and before the blue area to allow for varying menu sizes, eg. moti...

Out Of Memory error in compile - Help!
I have a simple project, 12 separate VTS with one title per VTS.
These are all audio titles with a single static background image per track, up to 4 per VTS.
Yet I cannot compile - I keep getting 'Out Of Memory'
What can I do please?
version is 2.52
Compiler version 4.215
Desperate for help please

Weird PSD import problem
Someone please help! I have never before tried importing from PSD, but gave it a try. According to Photoshop the image is 960x540 at 72DPI. Should be fine. However, when I import it I get an error telling me the image size is actually 1020x712! What have I done wrong? DLP build is 2.5.2 Photoshop.JP...

What Start Sector is used in 2.5.2?
This is an interesting one. I have been working with another DLP Pro user, and he had a nasty problem in that his project compiled perfectly & burned to a disc perfectly yet it was impossible to make a DDP from the Video_TS folder because Layer 0 was too big. This is despite the break being legal (i...

Re: Version PS registered, version 2.5.2 unregistered - help
Thanks Anton - in that case it must be registered, as I remember entering serial information on both the original XP system as well as the Windows 7 system. These were both Production Standard installations though and I only installed version 2.5.2 when I needed to look at a DAL file created with th...

Re: Version PS registered, version 2.5.2 unregistered - help
Sorry - I should have been clearer - this is the "Production Standard" version as described on the main website:
http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/dvdlabpro.html
It also turns out I was wrong saying this version shows as registered - it doesn't.

Version PS registered, version 2.5.2 unregistered - help!
Hi Guys. So I have the PS build installed & activated (on 2 different systems) but need build 2.5.2 installed as well - someone we work with has this build, and it seems that I cannot open his work in the PS build. So I installed 2.5.2 from the installer and it is showing in my system as "unregister...

Re: Blu-Ray support
Thanks Vap. It's a shame that Oscar has decided to direct his energies into other products as I still find DVD-Lab - and Editstudio for that matter - is/are streets ahead of anything else on this sector of the market. Bluray is a completely different animal to DVD with the only thing they have in c...
