Re: Slideshows non seamless PGCEdit not fixing!

Here is the download link to the installer for v2.50PS: http://www.findthatfile.com/search-469269-hEXE/software-tools-download-dvdlab2ps25.exe.htm I have checked - it's safe do D/L, it is the correct file, unmodified. However, it may be that the problem is not in the cells not marked as seamless. S...

Re: Slideshows non seamless PGCEdit not fixing!

How do I downgrade to that version please? I have here available either 2.31PS or 2.5.1 Neither compile slideshows seamlessly and all need to be edited in PGCEdit after compile. Additionally, it also adds a spurious pre-command to one of the VMG Menus that needs deleting. The slideshow issue I can g...

Slideshows non seamless PGCEdit not fixing!

Help! I cannot seem to get seamless slideshows from DLP 2.5.1 - they all compile as non seamless (as do audio-only titles) but with the latter, PGCEdit will usually fix the problem. However, a recent title using slideshows (and set as seamless with PGCEdit) just failed to correct the problem. I seem...

Re: Pre and post script commands

Hello everybody, I am working on lock DVD Authoring and I have some problems. I have three movies which should be independently locked. I have a Keypad for each movie and everything is fine. My problem is: When I press the Fast Forward Key on my remote control, after the first movie, the next movie...

Re: 5.1 LPCM

a little bit late responding to this, but just to clarify, indeed, I made a mistake when writing this post. It is not uncompressed 6 channel audio that is supported by 6 channel lossless FLAC compression that is supported, I was told. Still not correct. Sorry, but FLAC is not in the DVD specs at al...

Re: 24-96 LPCM issues

AFAIK, RIFF WAV format limits the filesize to 4GB, but if DVDLab is using a signed integer to handle the stream length then it will choke at 2GB. I believe your 24/96 file is about 3.5GB in size, so that would explain why it work when cut in half but not when taken as a whole... Regards That would ...

Re: 24-96 LPCM issues

1 - there is no video - this is for an audio-only title, which fudges by creating a low bitrate black video file. Can't you take the dummy "low bitrate black video file" and mux it to the audio or else trim it in Cuttermarran? Or why not open it in Audacity and resave with a different file name, wi...

Re: AUDIO-ONLY DVD: DTS 96/24 Wrong Duration

This is an old problem - I get around it by having DTS as stream #2, underneath an LPCM one (you could use AC3) as you should *never* have a title with just DTS as it is an optional codec only - even for music titles, DTS as stream #1 is out of spec.

Re: 24-96 LPCM issues

Thanks for the thoughts, but there are issues with them both. 1 - there is no video - this is for an audio-only title, which fudges by creating a low bitrate black video file. 2 - AC3 - Dolby Digital - has no place at all on an audio disc, and is only barely adequate for film use. It sucks balls - b...

24-96 LPCM issues

Hi Guys. Here's an odd one. Importing a spec legal 24/96 stream, run time is 1 hour 42 minutes, stereo contiguous stream. Or rather, I am trying to.......DLP will accept the file, but gets it all wrong telling me the run time is only 00:22:14 Where does it get that from, and how can I use this file ...
