NEW: BETA 1.9 UNICODE

I am in the process of rewriting all the code of apps to UNICODE (and using more modern Microsoft platform toolset as many things are still being compiled with older MS tools)
This takes lot of (mostly automatic) changes, however it is a lot of code changes so the new version is posted as BETA until it is confirmed it is exactly same to 1.8.1. There could be some unforeseen issues as it is impossible to test everything at once.

If you can use the new 1.9 so we can clear its code and continue with it.

Google Chrome web-browser warns the PhotoReactor site is not fully secure and refuses to download the beta-file.
