Relative Mouse click option ?

Hello,

I didn't find a Relative Mouse click option

I want to manually position my mouse
then use MKM to Right click at the pointer relative position

then I would like to use MkM "match and click" or another trick to left click on "cut" (couper)

but when i construct my MKM macro, i get only absolute position mouse click option
and i can't set my "match and click" second step as the right click menu i need to set it up close before when i switch window from Tropes to MKM
