I have written through your support page 3 times now for help and am getting ZERO response from you, not even an email acknowledgement. I had no issues receiving my reg code, so I am pretty sure the spam filter did not get the messages, plus I check and clean out my spam every day. I purchased an application from your company over the Black Friday week-end, Redynamix for my Windows 8.1 system. I had downloaded the trial and it worked perfectly, so I purchased the app. Since I entered the reg code it crashes Photoshop every time I try to process a photo. I had to uninstall it in the end because of the error messages I was getting suggesting I uninstall all third party plugins. I know this board is not for support but since you will not answer me through regular channels, I thought I would try here. I have also requested support on your Facebook page with no response. This is not a great way to win customers. Please help me.
