Rocambole:
You might have an older version of Photo-Reactor because the Blending Mode Object in your flows doesn't have the before and next buttons.

I do have the latest version but I think I loaded an older flow and removed most of the objects but kept the blending mode object and a few others. I see that if I remove the blending mode object and then use the one from the menu it looks different, with the before and next buttons.

From my recent vacation. Still trying to make John Constable-like landscapes.

Testing Lugi's waterpaint flow.

That's starting to look mighty fine there, mate.Lugi wrote:
Lets see.. you have a thin watery looking paint flow and It spreads into surrounding colours a little.. sweet!
All you need now is some soaking into the paper effect - a sort of fade to a very pale version of the original colour.
See the sky strokes in this:

I'd say you have it pretty much 75-80% going right!

If you don't mind, I might have a play with it and add an underpainting layer from the original image - a broadly wet-look version of the original colours..

Well. I added an underpaint layer.. but something 'feels' missing.. some je ne sais quoi.
I'm gonna try and get some harder edges to the brush strokes - like the sky in that barn picture..
