Bill posted a brilliant flow recently (Rachel's SkyFix) in which you could replace a blown-out sky with a different image.
That gave me the idea for this flow.
This flow requires you still have a useful sky in your image (IE it can't be completely blown-out)
It will then reduce the high-lights without turning the entire picture dark. It works differently from the ToneMapper-block already present in PR, but does something similar. It can be useful on pictures that need a bit of equalizing between highs and lows. And it's simple enough to be tutorial also
