Hello everybody,
There is a MP4 small video file that you can play it in every video players, but when I import it to MMB and click OK , there is an error : Could't grab still image for this video format !
I converted it to wmv and mpg again but still I have that error. I opened that video with adobe premier and export again by wmv / mp4 / avi formats but nothing. Finlay I made another video by screen video capturing ( Snagit ) but still there is that error ! :?
Any Idea an help would be appreciated.

This happens if video's color depth is 8 bit or lower.

Hello again, I found a software and its converting solved that error. I have another question , How can I resize that video after importing in uniform mode without deformation ( kee aspect ratio ) , there is not any option in imported video properties ?
Thank you

If you want to resize video after import and keep it's aspect ratio then you can do it with help of Dimensions dialog box (Menu View -> Dimensions), but you need to calculate new size yourself. For example, if you have FullHD (1920x1080) video and want to resize it to fit length of 500 px, you need to calculate aspect ratio:

Code: Select all

1920 / 1080 = 1,777777777777778
and then you need to divide new length value by aspect ratio to get new height:

Code: Select all

500 / 1,777777777777778 ~= 281
After it you can set new values in the Dimensions dialog box.
